Juien Guien Trading Co. Ltd. has been established for 40 years since Mr. Chen Chun-Yuan, who is the present Chairman of Chinese Herb Medicine Traders Association of Taiwan, founded the company in 1967. At the very inception of the business, the company was engaged in the wholesale business of Chinese Red Ginseng, and then the scale increased and the company became an important agent in Central Taiwan for red ginseng (Korean ginseng, Japanese ginseng, Jilin Ginseng, Shizhu ginseng, etc.) with island-wide distribution network covering big wholesalers in Chinese Herb Medicine sector. The present business lines cover precious Chinese herb medicine, such as ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl, and bird-nest, etc. In particular, more professional and more sizable operation of the western ginseng occupies more than 50% of the market share, making us become the sole agent of US J.G. American ginseng (Western ginseng), and the most professional trading company for UD ginseng.
The American ginseng (Western ginseng or Panax.quinquefolius) powder of our R&D and tour de force is processed by the unique quick frozen low-temperature drying to make the ginseng powder preserve its original components and keep it free from dry-heat nature that enables consumers to be more relieved for an intake. In more recent years, our latest R&D product of hydrolyzed pearl powder is characterized with processed with hydrolyzed technology to remove foreign substances resulted from traditional grinding, thus further helping preserve its effective ingredients for a better absorption.
